I know you want me to write about what I want to change in life, but in reality I wouldn’t to change a thing. That way there will be more opportunities, for people that want to take advantage and become successful in life.

             If I change things everybody would want to take more opportunity then they are now. My generation is lazy and does not want to do anything. So why change anything? Letting them be lazy is going to make me successful.

            Currently there are more opportunities for a person to become successful, but people in today society want everything handed on a silver platter.   I wish we could somehow teach students to do more for themselves.  You know they should help themselves. Some examples of people helping them selves are.

            Tony Hsieh is chief executive of Zappo.com a billion dollar online shoe and clothing retailer. He believes they should have fun in the work place. Some of the quirks for his employees are free food, room with couches and fish tank where they can nap, and medical benefits paid at a 100%.

Hsieh’s entrepreneurial adventures include an earthworm breeding business at the age of 9, a mail order button business in middle school, while attending Harvard University he would buy McDonald’s frozen hamburgers and grill them and sell them to other students.  

Tony said that if people that feel they are entrepreneurs should use their collage money to start up a business. They then can employ other people.

            John Paul DeJonie Hair care Mogul, married at the age of20. Soon after the marriage his wife left him and his son homeless. He and his son lived in a car for a couple of months. John and Paul Mitchell started a hair product; they had $700.00 to start their company.

After Paul died of cancer, John took over the business. He also started the Patron Tequila business, because he thought the world needed better tequila.

John believes that government should not throw money to people, but to help with jobs. He also believes that people want to support themselves, with tools,                  

Lynn Tilton owes of 75 companies. She is one of the few female billionaires. She buys companies that are in jeopardy of foreclosing. Over 11 years haves saved dozens of company. Restructuring company and got rid of what didn’t work, and finding new ways to make them profitable. She believes in saving American jobs. Currently her net profits through the year are 8 million dollars. At 23 she found herself divorced with a child. Fear of being a failure, and not being able to support her family.  She found a job on Wall Street where she worked for 15 hours a day for 10 years. At that time she sued Merrill Lynch for sexual harassment and settled.  With that money she had enough to retire.

 She had a dream about her dad saying this is not what I envisioned for you. Her father had instilled a drive to do good at an early age. She wants to help save crumbly families so that they would not become like her a single parent. By saving these companies she is saving jobs and hopefully saving families.  

If the world stays the same I will have a better chance at being an entrepreneur, because some of my generation wants’ everything handed to them. This is why some of my generation well has a better chance at success. I think my generation should be slapped in the face or a reality check. I wish my generation would put more effort into the thing they do in the everyday life. This is why I wouldn’t change anything in the world.
